We started Česko.Digital with two hypotheses.
By connecting these two sides Česko.Digital became a magic box that changes interest into specific topics or projects into progress. While at the same time, we share our expert's know-how in the NGO sector.
We received over 300 requests from non-profit organizations and government agencies during our two years, and we incubated and accelerated 14 of them. Based on this data, we can say we found a product-market fit in connecting organizations with volunteers. 🎉
We know we can help projects that wouldn't exist without our volunteer's help, and now we're looking to scale this process to allow us to help significantly more projects in the next two years.

As champions of digitalization, we are looking to build this process into a transparent product where volunteers can easily follow topics they're most passionate about and join projects without any obstacles.
We call this digital product Volunteer Portal or High Street Shop Window that we fill with opportunities, and volunteers who walk by can quickly go in and help with the tasks best fit their expertise and passion.
Most people who join us, either as mentors or volunteers, are more interested in specific topics (like e-government, environment, healthcare) than projects.
To reflect this, we created Labs. Groups following a single topic, where volunteers can quickly filter the most exciting projects, tasks and events for them.
Every volunteer is unique, with motivation, available time and a set of skills. But we identified three essential personas who are engaging in projects at different stages.
